Refund policy

If Imbak Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email imbak@rupertbulquerin.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You can also request a refund through the receipt email from Polar, our merchant of record. We usually reply within two business days.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Once refunded, your Pro licence is no longer valid. The free version keeps working, and your history and snippets stay on your PC.

After 30 days

We consider refunds after 30 days case by case, for example if a Pro feature doesn't work on your PC and we can't fix it. Just email us.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
