Terms of use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to the Imbak app for Windows and to Imbak Pro. Imbak is made by Rupert Bulquerin, trading as Nexus Cloud, in the Philippines ("we"). By installing or using Imbak you agree to these terms.
Using Imbak
You may install and use the free version of Imbak on any number of computers, for personal or work use, at no cost. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove its notices.
Imbak Pro
- Imbak Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features for the person who buys it.
- You may use your Pro licence on all computers you personally use. A licence is for one person; please don't share it.
- Pro includes all updates in the 1.x and 2.x versions. If a future major version adds significant paid features, existing Pro owners will be offered it at a discount; you are never required to buy again to keep using the version you have.
- Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which may also apply its own purchase terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; local taxes may be added at checkout.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your data
Your clipboard history and snippets belong to you and stay on your computer. See the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you choose to copy, save and paste, and for keeping your computer secure.
No warranty
Imbak is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or work with every app. Automatic pasting depends on Windows and on the app you paste into. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Imbak. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Imbak Pro, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. If you break these terms, your licence to use Pro may end. You may stop using Imbak at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
